Our Philosophy

Our objective since our inception has been to build an international insurance and reinsurance brokerage business with a strong base in the UK and a network of distribution and production partners in key countries around the world supported by access to worldwide markets.

We have developed a team of people with diverse skills and specialist capabilities, the majority of whom have previously worked in the major broking houses. Their collective experience enables us to offer our clients sound advice and expert solutions for dealing with their risks, both innovatively and competitively. We take pride in our knowledge of local markets and have fluent speakers of at least ten languages amongst our employees. We have invested heavily in state of the art technology and back office systems, as well as recruiting top quality staff to ensure that clients' claims are handled promptly and efficiently.

Our absolute priority is to provide all our clients with a level of personal service to which we believe they are entitled but which seems to be sadly lacking these days, due in part to the continuing increase in consolidation within the financial services industry.
